Hi
We are using Symatic backup ex version 12 and cgate9sp40scsi drive and we get the following error:
An unknown error ocured on device “seagate1”.
v-79-57344-34035.
The block size being used is incorrect.
Any ideas on how this problem could be sorted would be great,
