Backup Exec 10d cause network congestion

Windows 2003, Backup Exec 10d, Netgear FS760? switch. This is a brand new install, only several days old. After the backup runs against several PCs the Netgear needs to be rebooted. I’ve just changed the order in which the servers get backed up to help identify whether or not it’s a specific PC. Other than that nothing else has been tried. Anyone ever heard of this, and I’ve been using Backup Exec for ever, nothing like this, only remote agent connectivity issues which were fix easily.
