I have an IBM ULT3580 [ts3200] tape drive that is attached to a Windows 2003 server. The tape drive has LTO3 tapes in it and these tapes can be viewed from the tape drive web interface after i run an inventory on the tape drive. But when i go to Backup Exec 10d its not recognising any of the tapes. Is there a way of labeling this media so it can be recognised in Backup Exec?
