Backup Exec not connecting to Mapped Dri

When I try to include a mapped network drive in the backups of Backup Exec 8.5, it gives me an error saying it cannot connect. I have downloaded the latest build and the problem still exists. Any ideas on what could be the cause? We lost our PDC, rebuilt it and since then this issue has existed.
