I am trying my best to backup our archived data files from Outlook 2003 (PST format using backup Exec 12.
The issue is that some users leave their Outlook open overnight whilst the backup is ongoing.
Does anyone know what setting I should be checking to ensure that these files, although open in Outlook are being backed up?
