Backup programs

Hello, I currently use batch files and scheduled tasks to do backups for small workgroups.

Can anyone recommend some simple backup softwares that can back up disk to disk, maybe starting with freeware if you know any , and then some inexpensive softwares. There is so many out there, would like to get peoples opinions of ones they like.

Thanks
