I have two metaframe servers. I was able to
install the Arcserve 2000 agent on one server but not the other. CA support was useless. After two weeks I was told it wouldn’t work on metaframe 1.8. I was told they never said it wasn’t supported they just never said that it was !! What are other admins using ? (Citrix would not give a
recommendation) Please tell me what you are using and if data recovery has worked for you
using this solution (after disk failure…)
