I’m trying to use Veritas BackupExec 8.0 to back up my MaxAttach 4000. But I get “A device-specific error has occurred” when the backup job tries to access shares on the NAS box. I saw a posting that suggests I use the Attach As option in BUE, butno joy there. Any ideas would be appreciated …
