I have a Sony Vaio VGN FE550G. It came new with a Sony DVD RW DW-Q58A drive. I recently tried to use it to burn a DVD and received the error code 330023 in Click to DVD (a Sony program). Sony cnanot help – I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers for the drive with no luck. I tried a different program to burn and could not. I cannot burn CD’s or DVD’s although the drive will read both. Any other suggestions before I decide to trash the drive and replace? Any assistance is appreciated.
