Bad FCS frames seen on NT network

By aduran ·
We are getting a Bad FCS frame seen when we attach a Fluke Net Tool to one of our switches. Can anyone tell me how to go about correcting it?

Most often FCS errors are the result of a duplex mismatch. Make sure the switch port and the other terminating port have similar duplex settings.

What is the percentage? 1 frame when you attach then nothing? 1%? higher?

Here is what I know...This problem may be due to line noise, flow control problems, and so on. This number should be less than 1% of the Packets Input counter; if it is not, performance is suffering greatly.
