Bad Print Job sent to Network Printer

Help: A user can print a single document when she sends it over to the color printer, but when she tries to print 5 pages or more it just sits in the queue and you cant even delete the job from the client side. So its clogging up all other print jobs. Im able to send print jobs to that printer without a problem no matter how many pages. Theres not much I can do on the server side except for kill print jobs or assign the user full rights to any network printer…. right?
