bad reply address

by jhender31 . Updated 25 years ago

I use Lotus Notes R5 for mail and have trouble when accessing the mail database via the internet(by going to the servers IP address)and when using other programs that will use notes when you send messages, such as ACT! When sending an e-mail message either of these ways the message is sent fine, but cannot be replied to because the from field is altered. Example: RandyHarding@DRF-inc.com would show up as Randy_Harding/DRF.com@DRF.com and if trying to reply to this address you will get a delivery failure. The location documents appear to be the culprit whenever I look for a solution to this, but the entries appear to be correct. Any Help?
