Bad Sync between 3 user share calendar with Exchange Server + lost schedule

Hi Gladys, I experience one problem with USER, my boss need to share the calendar with 3 assistants. But when one of 3 assistants put one schedule in OUTLOOK 2003 the schedule lost for all assistants.

The Exchange Server is 2003 enterprise.

When the BIG BOSS creates one schedule in the Blackberry, the schedule not lost!

Somewhere experience the same insane problem?
