Bandwidth measurement utility

I need a tool to check the bandwidth consumption of any TCP/IP connection.
Kindly suggest freewares if possible.

I am using Netstat Live from AnalogX. It Measures incoming and outgoing bandwidth consumption(current, average and max). You can download it from http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/nsl.htm (no space in url)
