how can i remove this virus... 3 files are already quarantined. Can i just delete those files or is there a fix for this virus.

What operating system?
What antivirus software?

Are you scanning from Safe Mode?

Are you saying you still have the infection or just the quarantined files?

What computer is this? Dell Precission
What operating system? XP
What antivirus software? TELUS eProtect (anti-virus came with my internet provider Telus)

avast! Virus Cleaner - free virus removal tool:

Spybot - Search & Destroy Update it.
Download Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.5.2 and install it. Update it.

Download avast! and Spybot and run these two programs in Safe Mode.

Scanned in Safe Mode. files infected and could not disinfect so it's quarantined. What is the next step?

If it is quarantined

you should be able to delete it from quarantine.

Spybot is a good Tool to have as it will remove Malware.
