I'm desesperately looking for a way to allow a batch file to use administrators rights, even if it is launched in a simple user's session.

You want the RunAs utility.

Take a look at...

Thanks a lot but RunAs works under ... 2000. And this topic is posted in ... NT. Anyway, if you know how to use RunAS under NT, you're welcome ...

On the NT Resource Kit use the SU.exe command with your .bat files. su is basically for NT like RunAs is for W2k/XP
