How to add a new Entry in the context menu by Right Click in the Window Pane,

Note : While Right click in the Window pane, we can find View,Arrange Icons, Line Up Icons,Refresh,Paste,Paste Shortcut,Undo Rename and Properties option.
With these list i want to add new menu for Folder (current Date and Time stamp)
