Is this your drive?

If so you do not need a batch file. The drive should available to you, please read the document(s) that came with the drive, it sounds that there are many functions to the drive and that is putting you off. Give the docs a good read, you will find more in the above link. Make sure you have the drivers installed on your computer and install any updates that are available. Hope this helps you.

Please post back if you have any more problems or questions.
