batch modify account property?

Hi, I have about a thousand accounts that did not have terminal server profile patch specifided. I don’t want to open each account and modify it manually, is there a fast way to do this? I just want to assign them all the a same profile path. All my account separated in an OU, can you use group policy to assign terminal profile path? is so, how do I do it? Thanks for any help and advice.
