beep sound occurs when i turn my pc on, i need help on what should i do, before this happened i reattached my video card and attached a modem. when i placed the modem. i cannot proceed to windows (im using winxp) only the “last known good configuration” screen appears but when i choose that the computer restarts and back to that screen again, and restarts again, so i remove the modem that’s when the beeping happened
