BEHIND THE FIREWALL

Can any one help me out in enabling the voice and webcam feature in ISA and proxy server2.
I have installed windows2000 and ISA but the voice is disabled in yahoo messenger and also the webcam feature.”SORRY YOU APPEAR TO BE BEHIND A FIREWALL” is the message I receive.
