Best antivirus program for MacOS?

I’m a Mac user since 2018 and I have never been infected by a virus or something similar. I only have the CleanMyMac antivirus. ¿This is good enough? ¿Or I should pay for other one like Kaspersky?

  that I use.
  Specifically for the Mac, it also traps any Windows nasty that you may download.

  Ok, I have been using Windows for good 16 years and in the last 8 years, I have not used any antivirus. Now, I have shifted to MacOS, and goes the same. The virus comes from websites from which you download things. Sometimes things are accidentally downloaded the best solution to avoid such things is to use an adblocker and always download stuff from reliable providers.

  I don’t use any antivirus on my Mac. They usually do Macs work slowlier.
