best disk clone pgm?

I ran xxcopy several times,as clone, to copy my C,drive to try boot secondary drive as master…
but after compare sizes,notice files copied are smaller than the source,also had errors,exit code 105 and 102

whats best disk clone pgm?
which is better? disk image, disk copy, or Partition Magic 7.0 upggrade?I have older versions of all 3 pgms
