I’m looking for a free and/or affordable drop down menu creator.
I found one called QuickMenu, but it uses javascript.
I want a javascript free drop down menu maker that can create, well, drop down menus with all the cool effects. I want something that has rounded corners, I can change the colors, font, sizes, etc…
Anyone know of anything? That supports PHP, does NOT use JavaScript. It can be css driven and/or dhtml driven.
