    Java course

    by samba81 ·

Hey everyone! I need recommendations for a Java course that I intend to take.

    1. Is it better to train in a classroom or online?
    2. What are the most crucial Java technologies—Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, etc.—that I should concentrate on?
    3. Are there any reputable facilities that provide placement support and practical projects?
    4. Although I have a few possibilities, I would really like to speak with someone who has actually taken a course. Have any recommendations?

    Many thanks in advance!

      1. Your choice.
      2. Start with basic Java. Concentrate on a framework for website development later. Java is still being used for that, indeed.
      3. Ask the organiser of the courses you’re considering to follow.
      4. Same as 3. Or any of your friends or colleagues who have followed such a course, even if it’s not one you’re condidering,

Here are some recommendations for your Java course:

      1. Classroom vs. Online Training
      – Classroom Training: Ideal if you prefer structured learning, direct interaction with instructors, and networking opportunities.
      – Online Training: More flexible, often self-paced, and gives access to global instructors. Platforms like Udemy, Coursera, and edX offer excellent courses.

      2. Key Java Technologies to Focus On
      – Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Streams, Multithreading)
      – Spring Boot(Essential for modern Java development)
      – Hibernate(For ORM and database handling)
      – Microservices (Cloud-based architecture, REST APIs)
      – Docker & Kubernetes(For deploying Java applications in cloud environments)
      – Cloud Integration(GCP, AWS, or Azure for cloud-based Java apps)

      3. Institutes with Placement Support & Practical Projects
      – Great Learning, Simplilearn, Edureka (Online with job assistance)
      – Naresh IT, JSpiders, Besant Technologies (Offline training with placement support in India)
      – NIIT (Good industry-aligned Java programs)

      4. Recommendations from Experienced Learners
      – If you prefer online, many learners highly recommend Java Full-Stack courses on Udemy (Tim Buchalka, Ranga Karanam)and Coursera’s Java Specialization (Duke University).
      – If you’re looking for instructor-led training, Edureka and Great Learning have structured programs with hands-on projects.
      – For placement-oriented training, JSpiders and Naresh IT are known for helping students land jobs.

Hello there! Online training offers flexibility, while classroom training provides hands-on experience. Focus on Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices. Have you checked Coursera or Udemy?
