Best motherboard for Ryzen 2700x to run at 3200mhz 14CL

I’m looking for a good motherboard with A-XMP profiles for my Ryzen 2700x with these RAM sticks:

So it has to be able to push 3200mhz with 14CL. I’d also like it to be able to support the SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 which I heard not all mobos supported yet, and good power phases for the CPU.
Budget is not a concern. Any recommendations? I heard MSI has A-XMP profiles that’d make this easier in mobos like https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GAMING-X470-PRO-CARBON/dp/B07BYY16V7?th=1 . I’d like to know if this is the best option or if there’s something better.
