Best Network Anti-Virus Suite

By aprahladka ·
We have an small network of 48 nodes and have been using SAV 8.0 for virus protection.

Now we want to install a new powerful anti-virus protection with spyware and malware control.

I have used trial versions of Escan, SAV 10, Kaspersky, and Quick Heel.

Which is the best and reliable i'm not able to decide. Can anyone throw some light ??

Trend has been doing NeatSuite

by beads In reply to Best Network Anti-Virus S ...

NeatSuite has been around for a few years and the commnand console is completely intergrated.

This year Trend released the SMB product as well. But to my knowledge only Trend has a fully intergrated command console, plus a package for Internet Gateway (ISA, et. al.), Web Servers, Server only, PC only, Exchange and Domino (Linux as well). The layers all work flawlessly with one another as well as the Trend internal firewall, IDS and XP SP2 firewall. No conflicts. You can use both.

How is their tech support? Do they give you a phone number? Is support available 24/7?
I usually won't trust a place that doesn't post a phone number

NOD32 is the best option

by NZBN In reply to Best Network Anti-Virus S ...

NOD32 is by far your best option, dont settle for anything less. Kaspersky is allright but Sophos is useless - thier VB score proves this.
