Best Practice to Manage the Profiles of 90 users, who roam :(

I’ve been handed a new network to run, and maintain, and it’s a real mess. At the moment, users profiles do not roam, they all save their work to their H: drive, which is find, it’s okay, but I think it’s messy, and unprofessional, besides, when they go home, they don’t have remote access to all their work.

What I want to do, is to figure out the best way to make their profiles roaming, so that whatever machine they log onto, or indeed, for the laptop users, when they log on at home, all their work is available to them.

The only headache that I can foresee, it Microsoft Outlook ….. the dreaded .PST file, that can grow faster than the nose of Pinocchio the Politician in a speed talking contest.

I’m not 100% sure how I’m going to configure that just yet, but I’m working on it.
