Best WAN options

I currently have 3 offices that I am looking to connect with a WAN. Main site has T1, remote offices have DSL. I am leaning toward a managed MPLS connection to bring the sites together but I would appreciate any thoughts.

Here is a little more info:

HQ has 40 users. Remote site 1 has 16 users and Remote Site 2 has 4 users. Looking to enable VOIP for up to 4 calls between offices as well as video conferencing. Most traffic over the WAN will be Groupwise email and MS Office files.

Initial plan is to set up T1 MPLS connections at each location. Also, we are running a Netware 6.5 environment for the servers and XP Pro at the desktop.
