Hi
I have tried to install a messaging program (IPMSG) on some Windows 2000 Pro machines. I was hoping to use the program as a replacement for Winpopup. When I start the program an error message appears:
bind( )Error(10048)
I have been to Microsoft’s Knowledge Base, but the article detailing this error is too technical. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to correct this error? The knowledge base article talks about listening socket reuse behaviour??
Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated.
