1.When my PC starts it goes to the bootup screen with the choices of start normal and last known good configuration so on and so forth. If I start normal, it will go into windows(XP)and am able to work in a windows environment . If I reboot it does the same thing. I cannot boot normaly without seeing the blach menu bootup screen.
2.When I go into bios, load old values window is showing and I can’t get rid of it to I can make some changes. Even if I say y/n the screen stays there and will not go away. Escape does not work.
I would appreciate any advice given.
