Hello azetrof here… My professor having a problem with the security system of her laptop.. It always autologin even if she already disabled it.. I tried entering Bios security system. I cant change the machine password but the user password is not a problem at all. after clearing the user password.. I tried to login again to the windows still no good. even if I change the user to administrator still no good.. after that i restart the laptop again and enter the bios password, now it didnt accept it. i got locked out..
my professor’s laptop is sony vaio. and the utility system is phoenix trusted core. I have the authorization just to remove the password.. so I can say I dont have any bad intention or anything. please help me.. thank you
