BIOS login and window login Problem

Hello azetrof here... My professor having a problem with the security system of her laptop.. It always autologin even if she already disabled it.. I tried entering Bios security system. I cant change the machine password but the user password is not a problem at all. after clearing the user password.. I tried to login again to the windows still no good. even if I change the user to administrator still no good.. after that i restart the laptop again and enter the bios password, now it didnt accept it. i got locked out..

my professor's laptop is sony vaio. and the utility system is phoenix trusted core. I have the authorization just to remove the password.. so I can say I dont have any bad intention or anything. please help me.. thank you

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Leave it alone and find someone who knows how to fix it.

If you have a legitimate need to circumvent a password scheme, please contact the vendor for the software / hardware and request their assistance. E.g. Windows XP password recovery issues should be taken up with Microsoft's technical support, Phoenix BIOS password recovery issues should be taken up with Phoenix Technologies, etc..
