I have a Dell Latitude CP m166st. Someone has passworded the bios. Dell has a master Password however unless you are the original owner and a have recipt number they won’t give you the password. I am most likely the third owner of this laptop. Is there any way to remove the password in order to use the unit. One of the Dell techs suggested removing the bios battery and I did so and that don’t work. Help
