Bios Update problems…

I recieved three ERROR messages while trying to update my bios, and they said: ” (H48) INVALID RESERVED STRING IN FLASH HEADER”, and the other one said: “(H01) THE FLASH DATA IMAGE READ FROM DISK WAS FOUND TO BE NOT VALID”, and the last one said: ” FLASH UPDATE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL” My question(s) is does ANYONE know what these messages mean? and how do I take out the reserved string so I can update my bios?? Any help would be greatly appreciated…..
