Bitlocker Encrypted Partition Recovery

By Ashad73 ·
I cleared my partition table and MBR when installing Windows 7 Ultimate. I tried to recover the partition table but the Bitlocker Encrypted Partition can't be detected by Partition Wizard, EaseUS partition master, and many more softwares. Can anybody recommend that the Bitlocker encrypted partition table would be recreated. Please help me.

Even then there are no guarantees that you'll get any of it back in a Readable Form.

Grab your Backup and recover from there if you have one and if not pull the HDD out of the Computer pack it up and send it to a Data Recovery Specialist like On Track and pay them to recover what they can.

The more you use the drive now the less likely you are to get any Data Recovered.

Even if you could use some software to rebuild the Erased partition the Data is still Encrypted so it's useless to you to begin with.

Not really an option

by HAL 9000 Moderator In reply to Say goodbye to your Data ...

You need a working version of Windows 7 and your Key or a copy of M$ Coffee which is reserved for Law Enforcement Places and the like to crack Encryption.

The easy solution is to send it to a place who is likely to have access to software like Coffee and they can crack it easily. As said above it all depends on How Important the data actually is here.

The easy bit is rebuilding the Partition Tables any of the Data Recovery Programs that Rebuild the File Structures will do this and while it may take time it will work. The hard bit is unencrypting the Data which if you read the Warnings when you originally applied the encryption you would have been told that it's permanently hidden unless you take steps to overcome it's loss in the event of some sort of failure.

Thanks for your helpful suggestions. I haven't done nothing to the disk since it was cleared. I have pulled out that disk. I'm working with second disk.
I just want to rebuild the partitions then I will decrypt the partition with the keys or password. Please would you suggest how to rebuild the Bitlocker Encrypted Partitions? Which software may I use to rebuild the Bitlocker Encrypted Partitions?

My favorite Data Recovery App

Is from Ontrack and it will rebuild the Partition Tables on the HDD though it's not cheap.

http://www .ontrackdatarecovery .com.au/data-recovery-software/

But for your needs R Tools may be a better cheaper fit

http://www .data-recovery-software .net/

Or maybe this tool

Bitlocker Encrypted Partition Recovery

Thanks for your help and precious time. I've just downloaded the ontrack easyrecovery pro. I will try this. I know my data is still there. I only need to rebuild the partition table. My two Bitlocker Encrypted Partitions are mixed into a single unallocated volume.
I will inform you if I could recreate the partition table or not.
Thanks once more for your help and suggestions.
