Bix Block documentation (Excel, visio, Access etc,)

I am trying to document my companies exisiting bix block connections.
Is there a standard software or excel sheets, visio diagrams, generic forms already created that I would be able to download instead of creating this from scratch.
I want to be able to document all the TN’s, Ext. office jacks, etc within a visio diagram.
Any help would be appreciated
