Have a problem on a friends computer. He tried to fix a problem on his own rather than waiting for me. Don’t we all get those “my computer needs help” calls.
He managed to make it so that the system restore points aren’t showing. I’m sure that the files are still out there.
Does anyone know how to find and then run a restore point through, I would have to assume DOS.
I created one while cleaning his compter up 2 days before he played with it, but it doesn’t show on the restore screen. If I can find and run that restore point it will save me a full recovery.
Thanks in advance for anyone that knows how to do this.
