Black Icons

Windows NT Server and Windows NT WS:
I did many NT Server and WS installtions but the follwing Problem is new for me:

All desktop Icons are black and other icons, e.g. the login hands, the minimize and maximize symbols, disapear after installingSP5 or SP6a. Who has ever seen this problem and who knows a way to solve it!
