Black Screen after diskcheck?

After I used easy BCD to fix my boot record, i tried using a partition tool to relcaim the partition left by ubuntu. When the tool started expanding the drive, it told me there were errors on the partition. So i went and ran a disk check over night. When i woke up, it was at a black screen with a blinking line. I tried a reboot but it leads to the same thing. How can I fix this? All the windows 7 files are on the drive and I do not have a windows 7 install CD on a vista one. Could I reinstall ubuntu and see if it allows me to boot into windows 7?

sounds like you MBR needs repair
