I was using my hp. and i turned it off, the next morning i attempted
to turn my computer on, and now it wont get passed the black screen
with the blinking line at the top left corner. the one before windows
even begins to start….i tried reformatting my hard drive using the
windows xp cd. and still no luck. it get stuck at that one spot…i have
no clue on what i should do, or what it could be.. i need help!..
