After rebooting my computer all i see is a black screen with white cursor and nothing else?! – tried safe mode options and changed the boot sequence to make sure HDD is the first option/still no go.. tried doing repair installation didn’t work either. tried diagnostics to check the harddrive – while running the diagnostics the computer turned itself off completely.. i donot what to do from here.. can someone help me out???
