Blind Email

We have an employee who we would like to monitor. What we need is a way to monitor email that he sends out. We are using Outlook Express 5.5 and Windows 98. I know you could set up rules to automatically forward email, however, all he would have to do is look at his sent items folder and notice what was going on. So I need a way to have his sent items sent to me without him knowing of it.
