How Blockchain Transforms Healthcare & the Music Industry

by galyna.chekan In reply to Blockchain Trends of 2017 ...

It's no secret that healthcare companies face severe pressure to remain competitive and in the same way, they seek new ways to improve patient care and keep their costs low. The Blockchain is an ideal solution for healthcare companies: it can store the ever-changing, chronologically-added data and provides the kind of security to comply with advanced medical data protection standards. In addition, it allows removing middlemen and as a result - reduce the cost.

Music Distribution.
It is not a secret that no other content is pirated more than music. The Blockchain can change the way songs are sold: it can eliminate third-parties from the distribution process and enable direct payments from fans to producers; each record can have its own ID to ensure the right people are rewarded each time the content is downloaded; BlochChain can make payment process disintermediated due to IDs we mentioned and fans can pay artists immediately while listening music using Bitcoin and Ethereum (Blockchain powered cryptocurrencies that support micropayments).
