Blocked Emails

I have an XP PC, running over ADSL. Somehow, my PC is blocking mail sent TO a specific address in both Outlook and Outlook Express. Any ideas what would block it – I have Outpost Pro, XP Firewall Enabled and Norton Antivirus….

Lost about where to look next….
Have Disabled Outpost and inbound scanning on Norton

Help would be much appreciated !
