Blocking web sites and Yahoo messenger in ISA 2000 with windows 2000 server

Hi Team,

I Have Installed windows 2000 server with Windows 2000 ISA server for implemeting internet access security for my company users.can you please help me how to block some websites in particuler user systems and yahoo mesenger and other messenger softwares.thanks in advance.
