Some sub-editorial input ...

by OldER Mycroft In reply to Blogs, any advice

The body copy has a few mistakes:

"UK Basketball, dynasty or duds? Where is it going? What needs to be done? Is it the coach or the players? These are questions I ask myself when I think about the most victorious school in major D-I history here in the past few seasons. I personally think they need better recruiting, which is obvious and maybe allow Billy Gillispie time to do some of his own recruiting. It[']s only been 2 years since he was hired but Tubby has had suc[c]ess in his 2 years at Minnesota and being that UK fans are spoiled[,] they (the fans) will not tolerate 2 losing seasons and being "on the bubble" in back-to-back seasons. Although their record is 19-12 over all [overall] and 8-8 in conference play, it's technically not a losing season at 7 games over[.]_500, but these spoiled fans have set the standard a little higher then [than] the norm and consider a good season anywhere from 21 to 25 wins, unless of course more wins mean a national championship, going into the SEC tournament with only 19 wins over all is unexceptable [unacceptable]. They are in the rebuilding process but how long will it be before they reach that elite level again, and will the fans and the school itself let Billy G stick around long enough to lead them back to the top?"
