Blue Screen

I have 2 Hard Drives, when i boot up i get the screen telling me that a scan on the d Drive has been cancelled, How can i cure this.

Now and again my computer crashes and i suspect it could be the CPu, is there a program where i can check the temp of the CPU

I would like to see what hard ware i have(i.e Motherboard, cpu, etc) is there a software i can use
