I got a power outage today and when i got it back i tried to turn on the pc, it will load up until the winodws logo then a blue screen appears but it goes away too quickly and cannot read what it says. So the pc restarts then it asks me to start the pc in safe mode, start windows normally, last known config, etc. So i try all of them and none of them seem to work as they all go past the windows logo screen and restarts, anyone know why and how to resolve this. Watch this video as it is exactly what happenns to my pc.
