I am currently running a hw diagnostic test on my system to further diagnose this error. Currently its found a problem with the data stress test for the memory. This originally occurred with during boot stop error 0x00000024. It mentioned removing my antivirus software but cannot boot into safe mode. That’s why I decided to use the dell diagnostic disk to diagnose further. Any clue to my issue? Please advise. Thanks.
