Blue Screen Error

We are getting a blue screen on the computer that is a stop error. It says if this is the first time you have seen this…check for viruses, remove newly installed hard drives, make sure it is configured, etc….. run check disk and restart.

We have restarted the computer regularly and tried in safe mode and safe mode with command prompt and the blue screen continues to come up. Any information woudl be very helpful. Thank You.
